When I joined the course, I was hoping to devote more time to connect with my intuition, learn new spiritual practices, and connect with other people who are on a similar path. All those intentions were realized throughout the course. Although I’ve had a meditation practice for years, I appreciated that the course starts off by going back to the basics. We return to the present moment (and ourselves) through breath. This foundation was necessary for the other practices we learn later in the course.
