Dear Loves,

“It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.”- Marianne Williamson

A recurring theme arising in many of my conversations and sessions these past couple of weeks has been what I’m calling a ‘greatness barrier’. The barrier that blocks us from growing, because we fear our potential of greatness. Our internal glass ceiling. When we touch this limit and feel the brilliance that lies beyond the systems of safety we have calibrated to, we stop. There is a subtle arising of conditioning, patterns, and identity constructs that schism - anxiety arises and we are redirected to our homeostasis. Circling the same frequencies of problems and solutions we are familiar with.

I am finding that it is not so much our inadequacies that we fear, but rather the unknown around what will happen when we step up and meet the full measure of our Soul light.

This may be known on a mental level, but the awareness alone doesn’t prevent the greatness barrier from arising. So many of us have the subconscious fear, if I put down my patterns, even if they are of pain and constriction, then who am I?

I suspect this is where we get to explore ‘not knowing’ not being synonymous with ‘I’m lost’. The process of stepping into our greatness involves embracing the unknown with curiosity and trust. It means allowing ourselves to be in a space of vulnerability and uncertainty and that being OKAY!

This is where the work of life lives – in the space between our current reality and our highest potential.

How to rise beyond your Greatness Barrier

  1. Cultivate a deep connection with your inner guidance.

  2. By nurturing our relationship with intuition and inner wisdom, you can find the courage to take risks, believe in life, and step beyond our comfort zones.

  3. Practices such as meditation, journaling, and mindful movement can help us tap into this inner wellspring of guidance and support.

Additionally, seeking the support of a compassionate community or a skilled guide can provide us with the encouragement and perspective needed to traverse this path. I am here with you! To expland into your great Soul Self!

Ultimately, embracing our greatness is an act of self-love and self-acceptance. It requires us to see ourselves as inherently worthy and capable, regardless of external validation or past experiences. By doing so, we can break through the internal glass ceiling and step into the full measure of our Soul light.

As we navigate this process, let us remember that our greatness is not just for ourselves, but for the world. By embodying our highest potential, we become beacons of light and inspiration for others, contributing to the collective awakening and healing of humanity.

This greatness barrier like any point of resistance or constriction is a natural part of our growth journey. By acknowledging it, exploring our fears, and nurturing our inner guidance, we can move beyond this barrier and step into our true power.

Our Greatest Fear

It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other

people won't feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of

God that is within us.

It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine,

we unconsciously give other people

permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear,

our presence automatically liberates others.

—Marianne Williamson

I love you,

Anayza
